Hokkaido Trip 3 - We stayed at Hotel & Condominium Ichihana (Furano) (Part 3) Breakfast).

I was unable to go abroad this summer, so I went to Hokkaido.

I am publishing this article with photos of sightseeing spots in Hokkaido in the hope that it will be helpful to those who travel there in the future.

This is the last part of the three-part series on Hotel & Condominium Ichihana, and this time it is the breakfast section.

The breakfast room will be next to the lounge on the first floor as well as dinner.

Breakfast is buffet style. It uses vegetables grown in Furano and harvested in our own vegetable garden next to the winery.

You can compare milk drinks.

Three types of milk are available: Furano, Toyotomi, and Biei, and when you compare them, you will find that the taste is different. My impression is that it does not taste like milk.

It is said that when milk is fresh, it does not cause stomach ache, so people who usually dislike milk should give it a try.

Next to it was the most popular one, a yogurt smoothie with homemade blueberries.

It was sweet and tasty without sugar (I forgot to take a picture...)

The buffet

Many Furano vegetables were used. Corn is still delicious.

Goat cheese was also served.

There were five kinds of bread available, including homemade muffins.

All were delicious.

I am not good at this, but I took a picture of how it was served at the table.

The milk was prepared in glasses of different sizes so that we could compare them, and a plate was prepared with a sticker on it so that we would not be confused as to which milk we were drinking.

I found a board in the breakfast room introducing the hotel.

It is a winery that "creates" with goats, so you can see that the vineyard, winery, and hotel in Nakafurano are operated as one.

We were very satisfied with the facilities and meals, which totaled about 60,000 yen for two people.

Although we could not join the tour due to our arrival time, we were told that it is possible to participate in a winery tour (tasting also possible) in Nakafurano, and depending on the time of year, it is also possible to experience the farm.

However, I found that the service was not up to par with the facilities and food, perhaps due to the new Corona, so I hope the service will evolve in the future.

I would like to visit this inn again if I have a chance.
